Quality Assurance Associate

We’re seeking a quality assurance associate to build upon this reputation with an unwavering commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate is an exceptionally organized, methodical professional with the experience necessary to take our services to the next level with respect to accuracy, security, standardization, uniformity, safety, and consistency. As our quality assurance associate, you will be assisting with various quality assurance activities, including conducting inspections, hosting guests, and contributing to process improvement initiatives. Your activities will ensure the quality of our logistic service offerings, and maintain our “quality culture,” in which all employees become actively engaged in guaranteeing quality in our daily operations.
Objectives of this Role:
· Build upon and comply with company quality assurance standards
· Carefully maintain complaint and nonconformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root cause and corrective actions
· Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits
· Ensure that all standards and protocols are met throughout the designated service area
· Identify training needs and take action to ensure company-wide compliance
· Pursue continuing education on new solutions, technology, and skills
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:
· Execute and oversee inspection of operations to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverables
· Assist operations and local quality function in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels as well as CSR, environmental and health and safety goals/KPIs
· Develop and maintain company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
· Analyze and investigate service complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements
· Ensure capture, investigation, and resolution of improvement requests or complaints from external sources or internal stakeholders
· Monitor risk-management procedures, and maintain and analyze problem logs to identify and report recurring issues
· Provide training and support to warehouse teams on systems, policies, procedures, and core processes
· Support 3rd party and customer quality assurance audits
